 Chapter Community Service

Community service is one of the cornerstones of fraternity membership. Being a member of a Tau Kappa Epsilon Xi Omega chapter offers you the opportunity to give back to the community. Tau Kappa Epsilon Xi Omega chapter provide are members with more than simply volunteering tim, but also with the chance to work together with members of the chapter to create a better community and to help those less fortunate.

Community Service Is integral part of our fraternity. Each Semester the entire chapter spends a day helping out the local habit for humanity. In addition, each Spring, our chapter participates in Virginia Tech's "Big Event." A campus wide service day to give back to the Blacksburg Community.

Additionally, this past Spring we organized and executed two succesful food drives for the local food bank. Our brothers set up tables outside local grocery stores and collected donations from the entire community. We would like to thank all those who contributed!

We are always looking for other opportunities to help out the community. If you have a project you think we can help with please contact our community service chair Mohsin Chaudary. msc26@vt.edu
